The course will provide a comprehensive examination of various project management methodologies and their respective priorities. Participants will explore all components of project management, from initiation to project closure, and will acquire practical insights into specific tools essential for the effective application of these methodologies.&nbsp;This course is designed for managers across all sectors, including those at entry-level or mid-career stages, who are involved in project-based environments. Mastery of process and resource management, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement are critical for achieving optimal outcomes in such contexts.&nbsp;The course is led by Tamta Basilaya, who has 8 years of experience and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with PMI Tbilisi, Georgia. She is currently serving as the project manager for BP's (British Petroleum) new office.&nbsp;The course consists of 27 contact hours.&nbsp;The final structure and schedule of the program will be tailored to meet the specific needs and requirements of the organization.&nbsp;Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded a certificate.
